Description

At Max Samruddhi Mining Pvt. Ltd., land preparation and infrastructure development form the essential foundation before heavy mining operations commence. This stage ensures operational readiness, safety, and regulatory compliance.

1. Clearing & Grubbing

Systematic removal of vegetation, shrubs, and surface obstructions including stripping and preservation of topsoil as per environmental guidelines.

2. Approach Roads & Haul Roads

Construction of external approach roads and internal haul roads with proper grading, compaction, drainage, and dust suppression measures for safe HEMM movement.

3. Drainage & Mine Dewatering

Development of surface drainage channels, sumps, settling ponds, and installation of dewatering pumps to prevent flooding and ensure uninterrupted operations.

4. Workshop, Fuel Yard & Weighbridge

Establishment of on-site maintenance workshops, secured fuel storage facilities, equipment parking areas, and calibrated weighbridges for operational monitoring.

5. Power Supply & Site Infrastructure

Installation of electrical systems, DG backup, site offices, communication networks, worker amenities, and safety infrastructure prior to heavy equipment mobilization.
